New Delhi, India, October 2025 — Parikshit Mahajan has been appointed as Executive Chairman and Director at 3 Dimensional Insurance Brokers India (3Di India), marking a significant milestone in the company’s mission to redefine innovation and excellence in the insurance broking sector.
With over 25 years of experience spanning health insurance, InsurTech, TPA operations, and reinsurance, Parikshit brings a rare blend of strategic vision and operational acumen. In his new role, he will lead 3Di India’s efforts to strengthen its institutional framework, accelerate technology-led transformation, and drive customer-centric growth.
Before this appointment, Parikshit served as Chairman and Managing Director of Volo Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. (formerly East West Assist), where he led a transformative growth journey starting in 2021. Under his leadership, the company achieved tenfold revenue and premium growth, expanded its customer base to over 1.8 million across India, and forged strong partnerships with leading insurers and healthcare networks. His tenure also marked a successful investor-led restructuring and digital modernization that redefined the firm’s operational excellence.
In addition to his leadership at Volo Health, Parikshit continues to serve as Chief Mentor at East West Rescue Pvt. Ltd., where he has played a pivotal role in advancing India’s medical assistance and emergency response ecosystem. He also leads 3Di Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an innovative InsurTech venture focused on leveraging AI, APIs, and digital platforms to modernize the insurance value chain.
Parikshit’s early career included professional stints with KPMG and PwC, where he honed his expertise in audit, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. His experience managing an ultra-high-net-worth family office further strengthened his understanding of financial planning, governance, and legacy management. A former national-level squash player and fitness enthusiast, Parikshit embodies discipline, foresight, and a passion for innovation.
