London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Sarah Kenuel has been appointed as Global Director of Talent Management at Bolt, where she will lead the company’s efforts in talent development, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience. With a strong background in leadership development, DEI, and culture transformation, Sarah will play a crucial role in enhancing Bolt’s high-performance culture across its global workforce.
Prior to joining Bolt, Sarah was Director of Leadership, Learning, Talent, Culture, and Diversity at BT Group, where she spearheaded leadership transformation initiatives, digital learning strategies, and diversity-focused talent programs. Her work was integral in driving BT Digital’s large-scale organizational change and ensuring alignment with the company’s personalized and inclusive leadership culture.
Before that, Sarah spent nearly eight years at Salesforce, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Global Executive Leadership Development. She led the design and implementation of learning pathways for VP+ global leaders, driving change management, leadership engagement, and inclusion-focused talent strategies. Additionally, she oversaw talent experience for EMEA and led global equality initiatives, ensuring leadership programs were equitable and accessible.
Earlier in her career, Sarah held senior talent development roles at CA Technologies and Allegis Global Solutions, where she specialized in leadership development, team coaching, and talent engagement strategies. She played a key role in shaping performance management frameworks and building leadership programs across Europe.
