London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Glenn Jackson has been appointed as EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition at Flywire, where he will lead talent strategies, employer branding, and recruitment operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With his extensive background in talent acquisition, strategic hiring, and workforce planning, Glenn will play a critical role in attracting top-tier talent to support Flywire’s global fintech expansion.
Before joining Flywire, Glenn served as EMEA Talent Acquisition Director at Korn Ferry, where he led a large-scale hiring program for NEOM, Saudi Arabia’s $500 billion mega-city project. His responsibilities included enhancing recruitment quality, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and leveraging AI-driven talent strategies to attract world-class professionals.
Prior to that, he was EMEA Talent Acquisition Director at RELX, a multinational information and analytics company. Glenn managed permanent staffing across multiple operating companies, covering nine countries while leading talent strategy, data-driven decision-making, and employer branding initiatives. He also pioneered AI-based recruitment programs and diversity-focused hiring strategies.
Earlier in his career, Glenn held senior talent acquisition roles at Allegis Global Solutions, where he directed strategic workforce planning and recruitment programs for AstraZeneca and RBS Investment Banking. His expertise in talent strategy, compliance, and technology-driven hiring solutions helped improve recruitment efficiency and employer branding.
His experience also includes leadership roles at Caraffi, Credit Suisse, and Adecco, where he specialized in recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and operational excellence in talent acquisition.
