London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Sarah Lord has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Oversight Board. In her new role, she will lead the global people strategy, focusing on strengthening organizational culture, talent development, and leadership excellence at a critical time for Oversight Board’s mission of upholding human rights and freedom of expression.
Prior to this appointment, Sarah Lord was Director of People, Global at Oversight Board, where she helped shape talent frameworks and people operations. Before that, she served as Interim Chief People Officer at NatWest Cushon, contributing strategic HR leadership during a period of rapid transition.

Previously, Sarah held multiple leadership roles at Eigen Technologies, including Global VP People and Global People Director, where she oversaw HR and talent functions across international locations and played a pivotal role in scaling the organization. She also served as HR Director at Weber Shandwick, leading HR for over 500 employees in the UK, and as Vice President, Human Resources at Reevoo, where she built the HR department from the ground up.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions at Oliver Wyman, Hemming Group, Wall Street Systems, and Mercer, where she gained extensive experience in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development across various sectors including financial services, media, and technology.
