Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, August 2024 – Sarah MacKay has joined MediaValet as the new Senior Director, People & Culture. In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement within the organization.
Before joining MediaValet, Sarah served as the Director, People & Culture at Hyper Hippo Entertainment for over four years. In this role, she led HR strategy, focusing on employee engagement, DEIB initiatives, and performance management, contributing to the company’s recognition as one of the best places to work in the gaming industry.
Prior to Hyper Hippo Entertainment, Sarah was the People & Culture Manager at Unbounce, where she played a key role in strategizing and executing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and total compensation strategy, supporting the company’s growth and success.
Earlier in her career, Sarah held various HR roles, including at Eminence Organic Skin Care and Morgan Stanley, where she honed her skills in HR coordination and administration, setting a strong foundation for her leadership in HR.
