London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Lottie has announced the appointment of Sarah Tan as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Tan will lead the company’s commercial, marketing, finance, strategy, and legal teams as Lottie continues its mission to elevate later life experiences through its marketplace platform and Found by Lottie software, backed by Accel and General Catalyst.
Most recently, Tan served as EMEA General Manager for Abbott’s Lingo Biowearables venture, where she oversaw the launch of its first product in the UK, managed full go-to-market responsibilities, and expanded the business from direct-to-consumer into B2B and retail channels. She led a cross-functional team across the UK, US, and Germany, demonstrating her ability to scale innovative consumer health solutions.
Before Abbott, Tan held a series of leadership roles at Deliveroo. She served as General Manager and Senior Regional Director for UK&I, where she owned 30% of global revenue and delivered market share growth against major competitors. Earlier, she was General Manager/CEO for Deliveroo Singapore, successfully steering the market through COVID-19 and into EBITDA-positive performance, while also launching new revenue streams in grocery delivery. She began her Deliveroo tenure as Growth and Marketing Director in Singapore, leading brand, performance, and partnership initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Tan worked at PepsiCo as part of the UK Commercial Strategy team, driving incremental profit growth across its £1bn snacks portfolio. She also gained strategy consulting experience at EY-Parthenon, advising private equity investors and management teams on commercial due diligence and market entry strategies, and held corporate finance roles at EY in Melbourne. She began her career in retail at MYER, where she built her customer-first philosophy on the shop floor.
In addition to her executive career, Tan is an Investor in growth-stage businesses across food & drink, B2B technology, and health/life sciences, and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Cool Crutches & Walking Sticks, a mission-led e-commerce venture.
