Ipswich, England, United Kingdom, February 2025 – Sarah Williams has joined OCS as the Chief People Officer – UK & Ireland. In her new role, Sarah will spearhead the HR agenda, aligning with OCS’s commitment to fostering trust, respect, unity, and empowerment. She will oversee HR strategies and practices, driving organizational culture and employee engagement across the UK and Ireland.
Sarah brings extensive expertise in HR leadership to her new role at OCS. Most recently, she was HR Director Northern Europe & GCC at Culligan International, where she delivered transformative HR initiatives, including creating a shared service provision for fleet management and centralizing payroll and HR systems across multiple business entities. Under her leadership, employee safety and engagement were significantly enhanced, and strategic acquisitions added substantial revenue growth to the business.

Before her tenure at Culligan, Sarah served as HR Director UK & UAE at Zip Water UK, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR and business strategies. Her accomplishments included successfully transitioning the workforce to modern HR systems, overseeing talent acquisition at senior levels, and implementing impactful learning and development programs.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles such as Senior HR Professional at Philips Avent, where she contributed to organizational effectiveness, and a 12-year tenure at Tarmac, where she served as Head of HR Operations UK Regions. Sarah’s ability to manage HR strategies for thousands of employees across multiple regions was instrumental in driving business success.
