Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Sulabh Kulshreshtha has been promoted to the role of Head of Human Resources | India & SEA at Livspace, Asia’s largest and fastest-growing omni-channel home interiors and renovation platform. In this expanded role, Sulabh will lead HR initiatives across India, Singapore, and Southeast Asia, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and scaling HR operations to support Livspace’s growth in these regions.
Sulabh joined Livspace earlier this year as the Head of Human Resources | India. During his tenure, he successfully led HR initiatives and strengthened workforce capabilities across various regions, contributing to the company’s expansion in the home interiors and renovation market.
Before Livspace, Sulabh worked at Nykaa for over 3 years as the Head of Employee Experience & Tech-HR (COE). He was responsible for driving employee experience initiatives, developing well-being programs, and playing a key role in HR operations during the company’s IPO phase.
Prior to that, Sulabh held a leadership role at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. for over 2 years, where he led the people agenda and helped the company achieve recognition as a top workplace in India and across Asia.
Earlier in his career, Sulabh worked with Arvind Fashions Limited as the Head of HR & Training for Calvin Klein and other global brands for over a year. He played a significant role in driving HR operations for both luxury and retail segments, contributing to the business’s success.
Sulabh also held various senior HR roles at Reliance Brands Limited and Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where he gained substantial experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR business partnering.
