Bangalore, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Saroj Kumar Pati has started a new role as the President – Construction at Brigade Group, where he will lead the construction division across key projects and drive strategic growth in the construction vertical.
Prior to joining Brigade Group, Saroj served as Chief Executive Officer at Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited for over 4 years, where he led the company’s operations in high-value projects, including residential and commercial infrastructure development.
Before his tenure at Capacit’e Infraprojects, Saroj spent 14 years with Dodsal Engg. & Const. Pte Limited, where he served as Vice President, handling major construction projects such as the Jumeirah Park and Discovery Gardens in Dubai, with projects valued at over USD 335 million.
He also worked as Chief of Civil at the American Embassy School for 6 months, where he oversaw civil engineering and contractor performance for large-scale construction projects.
Saroj began his career as an Assistant Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, where he worked on key infrastructure projects in Nepal, including the Sansari Morang Irrigation Project and the Trishuli Devighar Upgradation Power Project, valued at over INR 1,200 million.
