Waterford, Ireland, September 2024 – Sarah Doherty has started her new role as Head of Talent & Org Development at Eirgen Pharma, where she will lead strategic initiatives focused on talent management and organizational development, enhancing the company’s workforce and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Eirgen Pharma, Sarah was a Senior HR Business Partner at Glanbia for over 3 years, where she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing leadership programs, and managing employee relations across the organization.
Before Glanbia, she served as Senior HR Lead ANZ at The Clorox Company in Australia for 4 years, where she led HR initiatives across the Australia-New Zealand region, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management.
Sarah also held key HR roles at Link Market Services as HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, where she managed HR operations and provided strategic HR business support.
Her career began with experiences in talent acquisition and HR projects at Pfizer and Genzyme in Ireland, where she developed her expertise in recruitment and HR program management.
