With an impressive trajectory within the company spanning over seven years, Saumya’s new position reflects her exemplary leadership and strategic contributions to Moglix’s growth. As Vice President – Human Capital, she will be instrumental in driving talent management, organizational development, and leadership strategies to support Moglix’s ambitious business objectives.
Saumya began her journey at Moglix as Director – Human Capital in 2018, where she successfully led strategic HR initiatives and developed frameworks for talent management and leadership development. Her ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals earned her a promotion to Senior Director – Human Capital in 2022, where she played a pivotal role in implementing advanced HR technologies and driving performance management systems.
Before joining Moglix, Saumya worked at Centum Learning Limited, where she was Senior Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Planning. She was responsible for shaping corporate learning strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Earlier in her career, Saumya held the position of Program Manager/DGM – Strategic Org Initiatives at Punj Lloyd Limited, where she contributed to organizational design, strategic planning, and project coordination from the CEO’s office.
Saumya’s foundation in leadership and management began with her tenure at Indian Railways as a Divisional Mechanical Engineer, where she managed operations, workforce planning, and employee relations for a diverse team.
She is an alumna of the Indian School of Business, further enriching her expertise in strategic human resource planning and leadership development.
