Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2025 – Saurabh Deep Singla has taken on a new role as Fractional Chief People Officer and Executive Coach to Founders at Hexalog, where he will drive leadership excellence, organizational development, and people strategy for the fast-growing logistics and EXIM technology platform. With a career spanning over two decades across leading global organizations, Saurabh brings extensive expertise in human capital transformation, digital enablement, and culture building at scale.
In his new role at Hexalog, Saurabh will focus on aligning people systems with the company’s rapid business expansion, mentoring the founding team, and shaping leadership capabilities that strengthen Hexalog’s growth ecosystem. His blend of strategic HR vision and coaching acumen positions him as a trusted advisor in helping the organization achieve its mission of simplifying and transforming cross-border trade through technology.
Before joining Hexalog, Saurabh Deep Singla served as Chief Human Resources Officer at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where he led workforce transformation and organizational capability development for one of India’s largest online B2B marketplaces. His focus on talent scalability and leadership impact was instrumental in enabling sustained business growth.
Prior to that, he was the Global Chief HR Officer at upGrad, Asia’s largest higher education platform, where he oversaw a global workforce of over 4,000 employees. As part of the strategic leadership team, he played a pivotal role in driving learner success, profitability, and organizational transformation. His tenure was marked by a strong focus on business strategy alignment, global people practices, and leadership development.
Earlier, as Chief People Officer at Ecom Express, Saurabh led people and safety functions for a 65,000+ strong workforce across 3,400+ locations in India. He spearheaded key initiatives such as digital capability building, DEI acceleration, migrant hiring programs, and succession planning, earning the company Great Place to Work certification in 2022. His data-driven approach to performance and organizational design contributed to achieving one of the lowest attrition rates in the logistics sector.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at G4S as Head HR and IR – India and Head – Global HR Shared Services, where he led a team of 350+ HR professionals and drove global HR automation through Oracle Fusion implementation across Asia and the Middle East. His tenure also included significant experience at Rio Tinto, where he headed Global Recruitment and Talent Operations, managing hiring across multiple global locations.
Saurabh began his career with Bharti Airtel, Whirlpool Corporation, and Yum! Brands, where he built early expertise in talent strategy, leadership hiring, and organizational design. His work in setting up scalable talent frameworks and HR shared services has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead transformation in complex, high-growth environments.
In addition to his role at Hexalog, Saurabh serves on the Advisory Board of Zofa AI Solutions, a Singapore-based technology venture, where he contributes strategic insights on human capital and leadership in AI-driven business ecosystems.
