New Delhi, India, December 2025 — Cosmo First Limited has announced the appointment of Saurabh Jain as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zigly, its pet care business, and Head – Corporate Development for the group. In his expanded mandate, Jain will lead Zigly’s next phase of growth while also driving group-level corporate strategy initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, in close collaboration with Group CEO Pankaj Poddar and Group CFO Neeraj Jain.
Saurabh Jain most recently served as Global CEO – Overseas Business (Europe & US) at Jindal Films, where he led international operations and expansion initiatives, strengthening the company’s overseas footprint and global partnerships.
Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer at SB Packagings Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in scaling manufacturing operations, strengthening the supply chain, and driving sustained profitability across packaging and allied segments.
Earlier in his career, Jain built strong expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and M&A through his role as Associate Director at Wodehouse Capital Advisors, managing strategic transactions across consumer, healthcare, fintech, packaging, manufacturing, and technology sectors. His professional journey also includes leadership and advisory roles at Religare Capital Markets, Jaypee Capital Services (United Stock Exchange of India), ITC Limited, and Inforte India Pvt. Ltd., giving him deep exposure to investment banking, strategy consulting, and enterprise development.
Jain holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
