Atlanta, Georgia, United States, February 2026 – NCR Voyix Corporation has appointed Savannah Taylor as Vice President – Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility, strengthening its global people strategy as the company continues expanding its digital commerce footprint.
In her new role, Savannah will lead global talent acquisition strategy across executive hiring, enterprise recruiting, and early career programs, supporting workforce growth and leadership pipeline development worldwide. She will also oversee global mobility strategy and operations, including immigration, relocation, and international assignments, enabling seamless cross-border talent deployment.
Savannah has progressed rapidly within NCR Voyix, most recently serving as Senior Executive Director – Strategic Talent, Mobility, and Early Career, following leadership roles as Executive Director, Executive Search and Early Career, and Senior Manager, Executive Search. Her tenure reflects a strong focus on executive hiring, early career development, and enterprise-wide talent strategy.
Prior to NCR Voyix, Savannah served as Group Lead – Talent Acquisition at Meta, where she led strategic recruiting initiatives, surpassed hiring goals significantly, and was recognized as a Diversity Change Champion. Earlier, she held senior recruiting leadership roles at The Home Depot, delivering over 600 salaried hires with a 96% offer acceptance rate and building enterprise training programs to elevate hiring manager capability. Her background also includes executive search leadership at Lucas Group (A Korn Ferry Company) and early career experience at Porsche Cars North America and The Coca-Cola Company.
