Savita brings over a decade of robust experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Prior to joining Genpact, she served as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at VVDN Technologies, where she led recruitment for critical business units across Europe, the US, India, and Japan. Her tenure at VVDN saw her managing a team of 12 resources, driving high-volume lateral hiring, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans.

Previously, Savita held the position of Lead Executive for HR Talent Acquisition at Aricent, where she managed recruitment functions across India for major clients such as Cisco, IBM, and Reliance. She also has experience as Account Lead at Mount Talent Consulting, where she supported hiring in the APAC region for Colt Technology, and as Assistant Manager-HR at MNR Solutions, managing international telecom and IT accounts.
