In his new role, Sawan will spearhead brand marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and direct sales enablement, driving GFS Developments’ marketing transformation and expanding its global footprint in the real estate industry.
Sawan Prasad brings over two decades of rich experience in brand management, digital strategy, and marketing leadership across real estate, consulting, and consumer insights domains. His professional journey reflects a deep expertise in creating marketing ecosystems that blend data, creativity, and technology to deliver measurable business growth.
Before joining GFS Developments, Sawan served as Group Head – Marketing & Direct Sales at SAMANA Developers, where he led the company’s integrated marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. He successfully drove brand equity, optimized cost-per-lead metrics, and scaled omnichannel campaigns to accelerate business growth. His work established SAMANA as a trusted name in Dubai’s luxury real estate segment, combining brand storytelling with performance excellence.
Prior to SAMANA, Sawan was Head of Digital Marketing at Ellington Properties Development LLC, where he directed all digital marketing initiatives, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies. His focus on data-driven insights and ROI optimization helped enhance customer acquisition and digital presence across markets.
Earlier, he served as Director – Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation & Consumer Insights at DAMAC Properties, where he led digital transformation efforts and introduced marketing automation and Web 3.0 tools to create immersive customer experiences. His contributions in consumer insights and marketing analytics helped align DAMAC’s brand strategy with evolving market trends and buyer behaviors.
Before entering the real estate sector, Sawan held several senior leadership roles at Kantar and TNS Middle East & Africa, leading client strategy, market research, and consumer insights across multiple industries, including FMCG, automotive, telecom, and government. He also worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited as Deputy Manager – Market Research, where he led CRM and consumer insight projects supporting successful product launches such as Suzuki Swift and WagonR.
