New York, United States, September 2025 — Scott Horvitz has been promoted to Sr. Director of People – Retail & International at Vince. In this expanded role, he will lead people operations for the brand’s retail and international business, driving HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent management to support Vince’s growth across global markets.
Scott has been with Vince for nearly a decade, building a strong career in human resources and operations. Most recently, he served as Director, Human Resources – Retail & International, where he oversaw HR initiatives across domestic and international retail channels, aligning people strategies with business growth objectives. Prior to that, he was Director of HR Operations, leading operational excellence in HR processes, systems, and compliance.
Earlier in his career at Vince, Scott served as Sr. Manager, HR Operations, where he established robust HR frameworks and enhanced people operations to meet evolving workforce needs. His contributions were pivotal in scaling HR functions as Vince expanded its presence in both U.S. and global markets.
Before joining Vince, Scott worked with Fast Retailing as part of the payroll function, where he developed expertise in HR systems and operations for a large-scale retail group. He also served as Payroll Manager at MSC Industrial Supply Co., and as a Payroll Consultant, supporting diverse organizations with payroll operations and compliance strategies.
Scott began his career at Steve & Barry’s as Director of Payroll, where he managed payroll for over 15,000 employees across 250+ locations. In this role, he implemented payroll and timekeeping systems, supported SAP HRIS implementation, and partnered closely with executive leadership on payroll efficiency and labor planning.
