Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States, March 2025 – Scott Sikora has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at M & M Industries, Inc. In his new role, Scott will lead HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to support the company’s growth and workforce engagement.
With a career spanning over three decades in human resources leadership, Scott Sikora has extensive expertise in talent management, HR transformation, and business strategy. Before joining M & M Industries, he served as Regional HRBP at Ravago Americas, where he led a major integration project, overseeing HRIS migration, payroll and benefits transition, and organizational restructuring to align with a larger shared service model.
Prior to that, he was Vice President of Human Resources, North America at Sun Chemical, where he managed HR operations for 2,900 employees across 39 sites in the U.S. and Canada. During his tenure, he built the first Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), reduced hiring costs, integrated four major acquisitions, and enhanced workforce retention strategies.
His career also includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Rexnord, where he developed leadership programs and competency frameworks, and Vice President of Global Talent & Performance Management at Hexion Inc., where he implemented succession planning, performance management systems, and leadership development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Scott held HR leadership positions at ADVO Inc., Trek Bicycle, and Modine Manufacturing Company, where he led HR transformation projects, talent development, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
Scott Sikora holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. His expertise spans strategic human resources leadership, talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.
