SK has spent over three years at Neurealm, where he most recently served as Vice President – Customer Success. During this tenure, he played a key role in delivering strategic technology services to clients across geographies. His success in client engagement, delivery leadership, and transformation made him a natural choice for this elevated HR leadership position.

Before joining Neurealm, SK operated as an Independent Consultant and Designated CTO, offering transition and transformation advisory for complex IT infrastructure programs, including end-to-end IT services at VBJ and a Telco project at I Energizer. His ability to blend technical insight with business acumen positioned him as a go-to leader for organizational turnarounds.

Earlier, SK served at Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) as Delivery Head – Cloud and Infra Services – Nordics, where he led a 200-member team, managed P&L of USD 22 million, and drove delivery transformation. His role also encompassed resource and crisis management across geographies.

Prior to that, he spent over eight years at Tech Mahindra, holding critical roles such as Program Head and Program Director. He led high-visibility programs for clients like State Bank of India, AT&T, and Shell, overseeing delivery, crisis stabilization, and talent management for over 5,000 associates. His expertise also included expanding key accounts and scaling high-performing teams across APAC, ME, Europe, and the Americas.

SK’s earlier experiences include serving as Head – IT Infrastructure at T-Systems ICT India, and prior roles at Infosys BPM, IT Solutions, and Deutsche Software, where he was instrumental in building infrastructure, running global migrations, and managing data center operations. His career began with CMS – Citibank, where he served as Data Center Officer and developed early technical proficiencies.
