Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 – Titan Company Limited has appointed Senthilkumar D as Head – Manufacturing, where he will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at the Hosur facility.
In this role, Senthilkumar will drive operational excellence, enhance production efficiency, strengthen quality frameworks, and advance lean manufacturing initiatives aligned with Titan’s growth and innovation roadmap. His mandate includes optimizing plant performance, improving cost efficiencies, and building high-performing teams to scale manufacturing capabilities in response to evolving business demands.
Prior to this appointment, Senthilkumar served as Deputy General Manager – Operations at Ace Designers Limited, where he led operations with a focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Earlier, he was Senior Manager at Titan Company Limited, contributing to manufacturing operations and leadership initiatives across the organization.
His earlier career includes leadership roles at Kennametal India Ltd as Manufacturing Manager, where he built deep expertise in large-scale manufacturing operations and continuous improvement practices, and at Makino as Deputy Engineer.
Senthilkumar holds an MBA in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. His career reflects a strong foundation in manufacturing strategy, lean systems, and operational leadership.
