In his new role, Pachón will lead rindus’s global people partnership strategy, focusing on fostering employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational growth within the company’s distributed environment.
Pachón has been with rindus for over two years, most recently serving as Senior People Partner, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, driving leadership development, and supporting teams across multiple regions. His promotion reflects his strong leadership in aligning people initiatives with business priorities and his commitment to cultivating a motivating and inclusive work environment.
Before joining rindus, Sergio Pachón was an Entrepreneur at IL MERCATO, where he honed his business acumen and people leadership skills while managing a diverse team in a customer-facing enterprise. He previously served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon, where he led workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development projects across fast-paced business units.
Earlier, he held the position of International HR & Recruitment Manager at MP Lifts (MP Ascensores), overseeing HR and recruitment functions across multiple international markets. He also served as Recruitment Manager and HR Generalist at Deimos Space, supporting the company’s rapid growth and talent acquisition across Europe. His early career included HR roles at Airbus Group, Michael Page, and H&M, where he developed expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
An Associate Professor in Human Resources Management at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol for five years, Pachón has also contributed to HR academia, training future leaders in organizational behavior, change management, and people strategy. He holds a Master of Arts in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University.
