In his most recent role, Shailendra served as Chief Operating Officer at FirstMeridian Global Services Private Limited, where he managed a $10Mn+ P&L, led cross-industry growth, and expanded business operations across BFSI, GCCs, Healthcare, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors. His tenure was marked by operational excellence, strategic client partnerships, and the development of agile, high-performing teams.
Previously, Shailendra was Principal Partner – GCC/GIC Business at Apexon, where he played a vital role in expanding digital transformation solutions across global delivery models. His earlier leadership roles at upGrad Rekrut and NSEIT LIMITED further strengthened his ability to align customer-centric strategies with digital innovation, particularly within the BFSI and technology domains.
Shailendra’s career foundation was built through impactful positions at Anlage Infotech, Akraya Inc, Renovo Consulting Group, and Abyss & Horizon Consulting, where he consistently demonstrated an ability to scale operations, manage performance-driven teams, and establish long-term client relationships. His early career at Princeton Software Exports Pvt. Ltd. set the stage for a trajectory focused on technology-led growth and operational optimization.
In his new role at Xevyte, Shailendra Puri will focus on driving the company’s strategic roadmap, enhancing service offerings across digital engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, and supporting global growth initiatives across India, the USA, and the UK.
