New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2026 — GreenLine Mobility has announced the appointment of Shalabh Raizada as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He brings over two decades of leadership experience in driving large-scale IT transformation, digital innovation, and logistics technology modernization across global organizations.
In his new role, Raizada will lead GreenLine’s technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap. He will focus on strengthening the company’s core technology platforms, advancing automation and AI-led innovations, and building scalable and secure systems that enable real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making across operations.
Prior to joining GreenLine, Raizada served as Director – IT at DP World, where he aligned technology strategy with business objectives and led initiatives leveraging advanced technologies such as Differential GPS and Video AI to improve operational efficiency. He also established a unified telematics platform to optimize vehicle utilization across business units and implemented a contract labour management system across more than 180 sites supporting over 7,500 workers.
Earlier, he was Head of IT and Systems at Stellar Value Chain Solutions, where he defined the organization’s IT roadmap and architected Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to support core transportation and warehouse management systems. He also supported the rollout of enterprise platforms including Oracle Financials, HRMS systems, and Salesforce to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement across more than 100 locations.
Before that, Raizada served as Head – Global Business Services, India at Norsk Hydro, where he established an offshore development and support center delivering SAP, analytics, information security, and mobile application services. His leadership enabled the successful delivery of global technology initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles including Director Special Projects (Information Systems) at Jubilee Insurance, Director of Information Technology at Artius Systems, and Director Organizational Development at the American University of the Middle East. He also served as Chief Information Officer at Safexpress, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including the development of transportation and warehouse management systems and enterprise technology infrastructure across more than 700 locations.
He began his consulting career with Tata Consultancy Services, where he worked on supply chain and enterprise transformation projects for global organizations including Tata Motors, Cummins, and British Petroleum.
Shalabh Raizada holds an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University and completed the Senior Leaders’ Advanced Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
With extensive expertise in digital transformation, AI-driven innovation, and logistics technology modernization, Raizada’s appointment underscores GreenLine Mobility’s commitment to building technology-led solutions that drive sustainability and efficiency in India’s mobility and logistics ecosystem.
