Ana Agostini brings over 18 years of diversified experience in human resources, psychology, consulting, and business management, combining strategic vision with a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
Before joining Grupo Optimize, Ana served as Consultora de Recrutamento e Seleção at Persore – Desenvolvimento de Pessoas for over three years, where she specialized in strategic hiring, behavioral assessment, and executive selection. Her deep psychological expertise and people-focused approach helped organizations build high-performing teams aligned with business goals.
Prior to that, Ana managed her private practice as a Psychologist, offering online behavioral therapy and coaching. She focused on cognitive-behavioral techniques, personal development programs, and transformation journeys for individuals and professionals, earning certification from Dr. Ítalo Marsili – CIM. This phase of her career refined her expertise in motivation, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Ana held roles in both marketing and e-commerce management, gaining hands-on business acumen and operational understanding. Before transitioning into consulting and psychology, she built a strong HR foundation through roles at Foxconn do Brasil, Delphi Automotive Systems, and Avery Dennison, where she led training, recruitment, and HR systems integration. Her contributions in talent development, Lean process improvement, and organizational culture were instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and engagement.
She began her HR journey at Gonvarri Steel Industries and Valeo Wiper Systems, gaining early exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and performance programs. Her career reflects a rare combination of strategic HR insight and human-centered expertise rooted in psychology and continuous improvement.
