Vadodara, Gujarat, India, July 2025 — Shalini Singh has taken on the role of Global Manager – Talent Acquisition & Engagement at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant step forward in her distinguished HR career. In her new position, she will oversee global talent strategy and engagement initiatives across India, Sri Lanka, the USA, and Europe.
Shalini has been with PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd. since 2023, where she has led HR initiatives across geographies and contributed to the transformation of talent frameworks at the global level. Her work has included integrating HR systems, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent development aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.
Prior to PGP Glass, she served as AGM – HR at Techno LED Lighting, where she streamlined HR operations and recruitment practices. Before that, she spent eight impactful years as HR Manager at Shankar Packagings Limited, leading policy alignment, HRMS implementation, online performance systems, training programs, and strategic employee engagement initiatives.
Shalini holds an MBA in Human Resources from Mumbai University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), which complement her holistic approach to HR leadership. Her strong track record in aligning people strategies with business goals positions her to further strengthen PGP Glass’s global talent footprint.
