Mark Wheeler joined EA-RS Fire Engineering in 2013 as a Service Manager when the company had revenues of approximately £8 million. Starting his career over 30 years ago as an apprentice engineer, Mark has held various operational roles, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence. His journey through the company’s ranks culminates in this well-deserved appointment, having previously contributed to the group’s growth to over £90 million in revenue, alongside more than 500 staff across England and Northern Ireland.

“Huge congratulations to Mark, on this much anticipated and well-deserved step. It has been a privilege to work so closely with him as he has progressed through the leadership ranks in the group and as he steps up to the role of Group CEO. The Group has an outstanding future ahead of it with Mark at the helm and I look forward to supporting him in this next phase of EA-RS’ growth and evolution.”

Alan Wheal

“It is with immense pride and thanks for the outstanding efforts of every member of the EA-RS team that I move into the role of CEO for our phenomenal business. After joining EA-RS in 2013, I have developed personally and professionally under the leadership, mentoring and coaching of Alan Wheal and Dave Watson to now be in the privileged position to lead the business and its amazing team. I have been passionate about delivering life safety systems ever since starting in the industry in 1996.
