Redondo Beach, California, United States, May 2026 — Darin Daggett has accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer at South Bay Credit Union, bringing over 25 years of extensive credit union finance leadership experience.
Before joining South Bay Credit Union, Darin spent more than 25 years with Kinecta Federal Credit Union, where he held senior finance roles including VP Finance / Treasurer, Director, Finance, Manager, Financial Analysis & Planning, and Senior Financial Analyst.
During his long tenure at Kinecta, Darin led asset/liability management for a $6.5 billion credit union, managed interest rate risk, developed ALM strategies, directed profitability reporting, oversaw budgeting and forecasting, implemented enterprise planning systems, and supported board-level financial decision-making.
He also built strong expertise in funds transfer pricing, cost allocation, liquidity forecasting, capital planning, derivatives programs, financial analytics, and finance team leadership.
