New York, United States, January 2025 – Shalini Sinha has been appointed as the Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at RTW Investments, LP. In this pivotal role, she will lead the firm’s global HR strategy, focusing on fostering a culture of excellence, driving talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement across RTW’s international offices.
Shalini has been an integral part of RTW Investments, LP since 2021, when she joined as Senior Director of Human Resources, overseeing critical HR initiatives and streamlining organizational processes. In 2022, she advanced to the position of Head of Human Resources, where she played a key role in aligning the firm’s HR practices with its growth trajectory and strategic goals.
Prior to RTW, Shalini served as Executive Director, Head of HR Strategy & Special Projects at Sumitovant Biopharma, Inc., where she designed and implemented transformative HR strategies. She also held dual roles at Roivant Sciences as Director, HR Business Partner, contributing significantly to HR operations and organizational effectiveness.
Shalini’s earlier career includes serving as Head of People at Markets Group, Human Capital Specialist at Apollo Global Management, and contributing to Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, where she developed expertise in talent development and leadership programs. Her foundational years at Merrill Lynch honed her skills in business development and employee engagement.
