Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2025 – Shana Beldick has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Troutman Pepper Locke LLP. In her new role, she will lead the firm’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and enhancing employee experience across the firm’s global operations.
Prior to this position, Shana Beldick served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Troutman Pepper for approximately three years, where she was instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and employee engagement. Before her promotion to CHRO, she was the Director of HR & Organizational Development for around 1.5 years, focusing on leadership development and organizational efficiency.
Before the merger of Troutman Pepper and Troutman Sanders LLP, Shana was the Director of Human Resources at Troutman Sanders LLP for approximately four years, where she developed key HR policies and supported firm-wide employee relations strategies.
Earlier, she served as Director of Human Resources at Swett & Crawford, A CGSC Company for over two years, where she specialized in talent acquisition, benefits management, and leadership development.
Shana spent over 16 years at Alston & Bird, where she held various leadership roles, including Attorney Hiring Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Benefits Administrator, showcasing her expertise in recruitment strategy, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
