Beachwood, Ohio, United States, January 2026 — Apex Skin, a leading dermatology practice in Northeast Ohio, has appointed Shannon Ross as Human Resources Director. In this role, Ross will lead the organisation’s people strategy, employee experience, and culture initiatives as Apex Skin continues to expand its patient-centric dermatology services across the region.
In her new mandate at Apex Skin, Shannon Ross will oversee workforce strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture, ensuring that Apex’s mission of empowering patients through healthy skin is reflected in its people practices.
Prior to joining Apex Skin, Ross served for about five months as Human Resources Director at Townhall II, where she supported organisational HR operations and people initiatives in a community-focused environment.
Before that, she spent nearly three years with The MetroHealth System (Cleveland, OH) as Director of Flourishing, where she focused on creating conditions for employee well-being, engagement, strategic communications, and culture-building initiatives across the healthcare system.
Earlier in her career, Ross held several senior people leadership roles, including serving as Human Resources Director at NMG Aerospace, Vice President, People & Culture at OnShift, and Vice President, Human Resources at Bravo Wellness. She also built a long tenure of nearly ten years with EnvisionRxOptions as Director, Human Resources, and earlier served as HR Administrator at The Davey Tree Expert Company, strengthening her foundation in HR operations and people strategy across healthcare, aerospace, wellness, and services sectors.
