San Francisco, California, United States, August 2024 – Shari Johnston has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Winning by Design. In her new role, Shari will lead the company’s operations, driving efficiency and growth across the organization while continuing to support the company’s mission of enabling recurring revenue teams to achieve sustainable growth through scientific frameworks and proven models.
Shari has been with Winning by Design for over five years, most recently serving as the SVP of Customer Impact. In this role, she led the training and consulting delivery teams, ensuring high-impact results for clients. Before that, she was the GM of Revenue Academy – Training and Coaching, where she played a pivotal role in developing and delivering purpose-built training for SaaS companies.
Prior to her tenure at Winning by Design, Shari co-founded Women in Revenue and served as a board member, where she focused on empowering women in the revenue-driving roles. She has also held significant marketing leadership roles at companies such as Radius Intelligence, Cisco OpenDNS, Demandbase, and Casetext, where she was instrumental in shaping marketing strategies and driving business growth.
Earlier in her career, Shari held various marketing positions at Avid, TIBCO LogLogic, and Sun Microsystems, where she honed her skills in integrated marketing and demand generation.
