United States, June 2024 – Shelli Maggio is beyond thrilled to announce her new role as Head of Global HR Services at Circle K. Bringing a wealth of experience in HR management, business process improvement, and strategic planning, Shelli is set to drive global HR initiatives for the company.
Shelli Maggio joins Circle K after serving as the VP/Senior Consultant at GBS Benefits, Inc. from July 2022 to June 2024. During her tenure, she leveraged her expertise in HR management, customer relationship management, and project management to deliver exceptional consultancy services.
Prior to her role at GBS Benefits, Inc., Shelli was a Principal, Senior Health and Benefits Consultant at Mercer from September 2013 to May 2022. In this capacity, she developed and implemented comprehensive health and benefits strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
From November 2011 to September 2013, Shelli served as the Manager of Benefit Strategy, Communications, and Wellness at American Airlines. Here, she was responsible for benefit strategy, HR policies, and wellness programs, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
Shelli’s earlier roles include Benefits Manager/HR Leadership at Desert Financial Credit Union from July 2007 to November 2011, where she managed HR policies, compensation and benefits, and employee wellness programs. She also worked at Motorola as a Senior Total Rewards Specialist/Wellness Program Manager from 1995 to 2007, where she honed her skills in total rewards, wellness program management, and strategic HR planning.
