New Delhi, India, December 2025 — Sherin M. Abraham has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Asian Education Group. This appointment reflects her growing leadership footprint across reputed K-12 and higher education institutions, with strong experience in HR operations, policy implementation, talent management, employee engagement, and institutional capability building.
In her new role, Sherin is expected to drive the HR agenda for the Group with a focus on building scalable people practices, strengthening culture, and supporting academic and administrative excellence across its institutions.
Before joining Asian Education Group, Sherin M. Abraham served as Head of Human Resources at G.D. Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, for about a year. In this role, she led key people priorities for the school, supporting HR execution, employee engagement, and process discipline within a high-performance academic environment.
Prior to that, she was Head of Human Resources at Khaitan Education Centre for a little over a year in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Here, she led HR operations for Khaitan Public School and Khaitan World School, managing core HR lifecycle responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and performance processes.
Earlier, Sherin spent over six years with the Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society as Assistant Manager – Corporate HR in the New Delhi area. As Corporate HRBP, she supported the society and multiple schools, helping drive HR strategy, policies, and process frameworks with a focus on organisational development.
She also brings early multi-sector HR exposure from roles including Human Capital at Lenskart.com for roughly two years, Asst. Manager at Neev Knowledge Management, and internships with Panacea Biotec Ltd and Auto Ignition Ltd. These experiences strengthened her grounding in recruitment, HR operations, and stakeholder coordination.
Sherin M. Abraham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which complements her extensive hands-on HR leadership in the education sector.
Asian Education Group, established in November 1991, is the educational arm of Marwah Studios Enterprise and has been imparting professional education for over three decades.
