Port Deposit, Maryland, United States, September 2024 – Sherri Oakes has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Integrated Dermatology.
Before joining Integrated Dermatology, Sherri served as VP of People Operations at Advantia Health for 1 year, where she managed HR operations and strategic workforce planning. During her tenure, Sherri implemented key employee development programs and contributed to shaping the company’s people strategy.
Prior to her role at Advantia Health, Sherri was the Vice President of Human Resources at United Urology Group for nearly 3 years. In this position, she played a critical role in talent management, HR policy development, and total rewards strategies, supporting the company’s rapid growth and operational success.
Sherri’s experience also includes her role as Vice President of Human Resources at National Spine & Pain Centers, where she spent over 5 years in various HR leadership roles, including overseeing talent management, employee benefits, and HR project management.
Earlier in her career, Sherri held HR leadership positions at MOI, Impulse Monitoring, and Duratek, where she developed a deep expertise in HR policy formulation, leadership development, and operational management.
