Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, November 2025 — Sanofi has appointed Sherryl Goce as Head of People Services Southeast Asia & India and South Korea & Australia (SEA&I and SKAU), marking a significant milestone in her six-year journey with the organization. Stepping into this expanded regional leadership role, she will oversee People Services across multiple high-growth markets while continuing to strengthen enterprise-wide HR service excellence.
Prior to her new appointment, Sherryl served as People Services Partner South East Asia & India + Hyderabad Hub Head for close to a year, where she acted as the primary People & Culture partner for the SEA&I region. She led the Hyderabad Hub teams across Employee Life Cycle, Payroll, and Benefits, supporting employees across the Greater Gulf, South Africa, Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan—reinforcing regional capability, operational consistency, and service delivery excellence.
Before this, Sherryl spent over two years as Shared Business Services Partner, Asia Zone, partnering with regional, global, and country-level stakeholders to integrate HR and Shared Business Services strategies. She supported Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Vietnam with tailored, business-aligned HR solutions, strengthening employee experience and HR operational synergy across key Asian markets.
Earlier in her career at Sanofi, she served as Learning Delivery Management Lead, managing regional learning implementation across APAC, EURASIA, and AFRICA. In this role, she orchestrated the delivery of global learning programs, ensured stakeholder alignment, and contributed significantly to capability-building and leadership development at scale across multiple regions.
Before entering the life sciences and HR transformation space, Sherryl held impactful marketing, strategic communications, CRM, and business leadership roles across organizations including Sanofi Pasteur, Seven Ate Nine, My Puras Plt, IdeasXMachina, RiteMED, Unam Pharmaceutical, UNAM Corp Ltd, Cheil Worldwide, United Laboratories, Inc., Unilab Nutritionals, Inc., University of Asia and the Pacific, Peerless Product Manufacturing Company, and Publicis Manila, Inc. These cross-industry experiences shaped her unique blend of commercial, strategic, and people-centric leadership—now central to her expanded mandate in People Services at Sanofi.
