Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Allstate India has announced the appointment of Shibu Mathew Zacharia as Vice President and Managing Director. In this role, Shibu will lead the company’s strategic operations in India, driving innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation to support Allstate’s global growth agenda.
Shibu has been associated with Allstate India for more than four years, most recently serving as Director – Claims & Litigation, where he successfully streamlined operations, strengthened compliance frameworks, and enhanced claims processing efficiencies. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning local operations with global business objectives.
Prior to his leadership at Allstate India, Shibu spent nearly 27 years at Mphasis, where he rose to the position of Vice President, leading large-scale operations, global delivery, and client services. His tenure at Mphasis saw him play pivotal roles in scaling business operations, improving client engagement models, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Shibu also contributed significantly to Allstate’s global operations as Senior Manager – Claims & Litigation, based out of Pune, where he oversaw critical business functions and built robust processes for risk management and operational efficiency. His career journey reflects deep expertise in operations management, claims, litigation, client engagement, and digital transformation.
With this appointment, Shibu brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership to strengthen Allstate India’s position as a strategic business services arm of The Allstate Corporation.
