Before taking on the role of Associate Vice President at Eureka Forbes Ltd, Shilpa Bhat Awchat served as Head of Training, where she led enterprise-wide training initiatives and capability development programs. Her journey at Eureka Forbes reflects a steady expansion of responsibility and trust, culminating in this elevation to a senior leadership role.
Prior to joining Eureka Forbes Ltd, she was Deputy General Manager – Learning & Development at Skechers South Asia Pvt. Ltd., where she drove structured learning frameworks and workforce capability initiatives. Earlier, she worked with Amazon as Learning Manager – Last Mile, focusing on operational learning excellence, and with Vodafone Idea Limited as General Manager – Training – Customer Operations, leading large-scale customer operations training programs.
Her earlier career includes impactful tenures with Vodafone as Senior Manager, and PUMA Group, where she held roles including Regional Training Manager – West and Retail Manager – West, building deep expertise in retail training and performance enablement. She began her professional journey with Jean Claude Biguine as Business Manager, laying the foundation for her long-standing career in learning and development leadership.
