Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Kenvue has appointed Shilpi Singh as the Head of People for India. In this strategic role, she will be part of both the India leadership team and the Asia Pacific HR leadership team, driving Kenvue’s people agenda and strengthening talent strategies across diverse markets.
Prior to joining Kenvue, Shilpi was with Pfizer, where she most recently held the position of Director – People Experience, while also serving as Country HR Lead for India, Thailand, and Indonesia. She led the people agenda for India’s commercial business, reporting directly to the Global President of Emerging Markets, and played a pivotal role in large-scale organizational transformation. Her contributions were recognized with the Breakthrough Superstar Award in 2022.
Before Pfizer, she worked at Diageo, where she held dual roles—Global Talent Specialist in London and Talent Engagement Lead in India. She was responsible for Diageo’s flagship global leadership development program across 21 markets and played a key role in the integration of Diageo and United Spirits. Her efforts earned her the ‘I am Diageo Award’, nominated by the Managing Director of Diageo India.
Earlier in her career, Shilpi served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Citibank India, and Senior Manager – HR at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where she supported the commercial leadership team for the West zone. She also worked with Shaw Wallace Distilleries Ltd. as Assistant Manager, gaining hands-on experience in commercial operations and industrial relations as part of their management trainee program.
With over 17 years of cross-industry HR experience spanning insurance, banking, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals, Shilpi brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, business partnering, and global talent programs, along with a strong commitment to building inclusive, high-performing organizations.
