Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025 – Shirish Wagh has been promoted to the prestigious position of Executive Director-Head of Operations, DLF Rentco at DLF Limited. In his new role, Shirish will oversee the operations and management of DLF Rentco, ensuring excellence across the company’s expansive commercial property portfolio.
Shirish’s journey with DLF Limited has been marked by exemplary leadership and achievements. Prior to his promotion, he served as Head of Operations for Rentco DLF, managing a portfolio of 45 million square feet of commercial offices across India while also heading technical facilities management for DLF Malls. Earlier, as Executive Vice President & Head Property Management and Director of DLF Estate Developers Ltd (DEDL), he led property management operations for DLF’s development projects, overseeing a wide range of real estate assets, from luxury condos to mixed-use developments across North India.
Before joining DLF, Shirish held the position of Vice President – Head Property Management Services at Oberoi Realty, where he managed large-scale mixed-use developments and implemented innovative operational practices. At RMZ Corp, he served as Vice President – Property Management, handling 14 million square feet of corporate office spaces and leading pre-opening activities for key residential projects.
Shirish’s career foundation is rooted in hospitality and engineering, having held roles such as Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering at Taj Hotels and Director Engineering at Hyatt Regency Mumbai. His contributions in pre-opening projects and operational excellence have consistently set benchmarks in the industry.
