Remote, United States, September 2025 — Brant Williams has been appointed as Vice President, Employee Success at WebPT. In this new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, aligning employee programs with business growth and organizational outcomes for the private equity–backed SaaS healthcare technology firm. He will oversee HR business partners, learning and development, and employee relations, while championing culture, engagement, leadership development, and people analytics to strengthen organizational performance.
Brant has been with WebPT since 2022, most recently serving as Senior Director, People Operations. In this role, he managed HR teams across the U.S. and India, streamlined HR processes to reduce administrative tasks, and utilized HR analytics to reduce turnover by 75% in key areas. He also directed a wide range of HR functions, including compliance, onboarding, performance management, leadership coaching, and policy creation, making a significant impact on operational efficiency and employee experience.
Before WebPT, Brant was Vice President, Human Resources at Clinicient, another SaaS-based healthcare company. There, he collaborated with the executive team to lead all people-related strategies, improved employee engagement scores year over year, and successfully guided the company through its acquisition by WebPT. He previously served as Director of Human Resources at Clinicient, where he led HR operations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier, Brant held leadership roles in education and organizational development, including Senior Manager of Education Services at Clinicient, Manager of Training and Development at Custom Decorators, Inc., and Internal Organizational Development Consultant at adidas America, where he drove global and regional learning and leadership programs. His career began at Learning Point, Inc., where he provided consulting services to major corporations in performance improvement and leadership training.
He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University, which has supported his extensive career in HR leadership, organizational development, and employee success.
