Ludhiana, Punjab, India, November 2025 — Chatha Foods Limited, one of India’s leading manufacturers of frozen and ready-to-eat food products, has announced the appointment of Shivani Sharma as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With over two decades of rich experience across brand strategy, integrated marketing, and business transformation, Shivani brings a powerful blend of creative vision and strategic leadership to her new role.
As CMO, Shivani will spearhead Chatha Foods’ brand-building, innovation, and customer engagement strategies, with a focus on strengthening market presence across retail, QSR, and B2B segments. Her appointment marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey toward driving sustainable growth, brand differentiation, and consumer trust in the evolving Indian and global food markets.
Before joining Chatha Foods, Shivani founded and led Pink Inc, a women-led strategic and creative collective built on a hybrid agency-consultancy model. Through Pink Inc, she collaborated with a diverse portfolio of brands to design integrated marketing frameworks, strengthen brand storytelling, and embed customer-centric thinking into business operations.
Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at GIPL, where she served as Vice President Marketing and Head of Marketing for global restaurant brands including PizzaExpress, Chili’s, P.F. Chang’s, and Ministry of Crab, overseeing a network of more than 20 restaurants across India. Her strategic approach combined cross-functional collaboration, digital innovation, and creative excellence to deliver measurable growth in brand equity and consumer engagement.
Prior to GIPL, Shivani spent nearly six years at Nando’s India, progressing from GM Marketing to Head of Marketing, where she led national marketing programs, new product introductions, and consumer campaigns that elevated Nando’s as a differentiated QSR brand in the Indian market. Her early career at Ogilvy, Everest Brand Solutions, and M&C Saatchi laid the foundation for her expertise in brand communication and integrated campaigns across consumer, healthcare, and retail categories.
In her new role, Shivani’s leadership will be instrumental in driving Chatha Foods’ next phase of brand expansion, product innovation, and customer engagement excellence, aligned with the company’s mission to deliver premium, high-quality food solutions to India’s leading QSRs and retail consumers.
