In this role, she will be responsible for driving technology adoption, optimizing software licensing, and identifying growth opportunities for India’s small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategies, and technology transformation, Shivani brings a wealth of expertise to help SMBs navigate the evolving digital landscape. Her leadership comes at a critical time when businesses are increasingly integrating AI and cloud technologies to accelerate their growth.
Before joining SoftwareOne, Shivani Sharma held key leadership roles at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and AVP – Marketing. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and strengthening the company’s presence in the Indian market.
Earlier, she served as Director at Geb and Nut Pvt. Ltd., where she provided strategic leadership in marketing and communications. Additionally, she held marketing consulting roles at NebuLogic and MediaAgility, where she was instrumental in shaping digital content strategies and corporate communications.
Shivani’s career began with public relations and media roles, including a stint as Senior Account Manager at PR Vivacity and as an Anchor & Reporter at Doordarshan News. Her early experience in content development and media relations laid the foundation for her expertise in corporate communications, branding, and strategic marketing.
