Abu Dhabi, March 2024 – Aldar Education appoints Shorouk Habib Al Redha as Chief People and Culture Officer. With over 26 years of HR expertise, Shorouk brings a wealth of strategic knowledge and leadership to Aldar Education, where she will shape the organization’s people and culture strategies.
Before joining Aldar Education, Shorouk served as Regional Human Resources Director (MENA) at Deutsche Bank for over five years, overseeing HR operations across the region. Prior to that, she was Head of Human Resources at Commercial Bank of Dubai, where she led HR initiatives for seven years. At Spencer Stuart, she contributed as a Consultant, focusing on the Middle East market in HR and Life Sciences practices.
Earlier in her career, Shorouk was a Senior Manager of Human Resources at HSBC, gaining significant experience in compensation and benefits across GCC countries, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran, and Pakistan. She has also worked in HR roles within Emaar Properties, Dubai Petroleum, and Mars Effemex.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with conversational skills in Farsi, Urdu, and French, Shorouk holds a B.A. with Honours in Social Policy and Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Hull.
