Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Shreyas Arya has joined Commotion as Product Head – AI & CX, where he will lead the development of next-generation AI-driven customer experience products. With more than 15 years of experience across global organizations, Arya brings a proven track record in building data-led, scalable product strategies that integrate technology and customer experience innovation.
In his new role, Shreyas will focus on strengthening Commotion’s product portfolio by advancing its AI-first vision and creating dynamic ecosystems that improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. His leadership will play a pivotal role in positioning Commotion at the forefront of AI and CX innovation.
Prior to joining Commotion, Shreyas served at The Walt Disney Company (now JioStar) as Product Head – Big Data and Technology, where he oversaw key initiatives across Big Data, Legal Tech, Sales Tech, Rights Management, and CX platforms. He spearheaded AI-led innovations and automation systems that enhanced personalization, scalability, and operational efficiency across Disney Star and Disney+ Hotstar.
Earlier, he was among the early employees at Sprinklr, where he contributed significantly over a decade. Holding multiple leadership roles in product management, customer success, and implementation, he helped scale enterprise SaaS solutions and played a key role in the company’s journey toward IPO. His work at Sprinklr centered on strengthening enterprise product delivery, SaaS implementations, and customer adoption.
With his strong expertise in AI, SaaS, and customer experience technologies, Shreyas is set to drive Commotion’s product roadmap and help shape innovative solutions that redefine how enterprises harness AI for business impact.
