Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Shweta Kumar has joined V-Mart Retail Ltd. as an Additional Director on the Board, bringing her extensive experience in organizational culture transformation and leadership development to the company.
Before joining V-Mart Retail Ltd., Shweta worked at Invincible-Teams and Invincible-Woman as a Facilitator and Coach, respectively. In these roles, she focused on enabling teams and women in leadership to achieve their potential through organizational culture transformation and leadership development coaching.
Shweta also served as an Advisory at Disprz, where she provided guidance on organizational culture and leadership development. She co-founded watsimp and held the position of CEO at OD Alternatives (ODA), where she led initiatives in organizational culture transformation and leadership development.
From December 2016 to December 2018, Shweta was the Head of Learning and Development – APAC at Naspers Limited, where she was responsible for delivering learning and talent development solutions across the APAC region. She also served as the India Director of OD and Learning at Honeywell from September 2015 to November 2016, leading organizational transformation efforts and leadership pipeline building.
Shweta’s earlier career includes roles as a Principal Consultant at White Spaces Consulting from July 2007 to August 2015, an IBHR Manager and HR Manager at Motorola India from 2006 to 2007 and July 2004 to March 2006, respectively, and an HR Business Partner at Intel from May 2002 to June 2004.
