Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 — Sibu Sahu has begun a new chapter at LanceSoft, Inc. as AVP – Marketing, taking on a strategic leadership mandate to accelerate brand visibility, demand generation, and go-to-market execution in support of the company’s global workforce solutions and IT services business.
In this role, Sibu Sahu will focus on driving integrated marketing programs aligned to business growth priorities, leveraging his deep experience across B2B growth marketing, GTM strategy, ABM, marketing operations, funnel optimization, and brand positioning, particularly in staffing, HR tech, global hiring, payroll, and SaaS-led models.
In his current appointment as AVP – Marketing at LanceSoft, Inc., Sibu Sahu brings hands-on expertise in building modern growth engines across workforce solutions, HR services, and B2B technology categories.
Before joining LanceSoft, he served as Global AVP – Marketing at PamGro – Employer of Record, where his core focus areas spanned Employer of Record (EOR), Global Hiring, Payroll, HRIS, Workforce Expansion campaigns, SaaS GTM, and B2B demand generation. His scope included ABM and ICP targeting for staffing/PEO/HR tech segments, SEO & SEM strategy, event and webinar-led demand generation, content strategy for HR decision makers, partner and channel marketing, competitive benchmarking (EOR vs PEO vs contractor management), and marketing attribution from MQL to SQL conversion.
In parallel, he also served as Global AVP – Marketing at Avance Consulting, a global HR, recruitment, and workforce solutions company operating across 13 countries and headquartered in the United Kingdom. In this role, he led global B2B marketing and demand generation for staffing and talent solutions, built integrated marketing strategies for workforce transformation services, and ran marketing automation and funnel orchestration programs. He also contributed to reputation and brand outcomes, including LinkedIn follower growth from 70K to 3.5 lakhs, and improved online reputation indicators such as Trustpilot, AmbitionBox, and Glassdoor scores. Additionally, he initiated CSR efforts including a “Grow Trees” campaign with 1,000+ trees planted in the last 300 days.
He also held the position of Global AVP – Marketing at Wisestep, where he led product marketing for recruitment SaaS (ATS + CRM), optimized onboarding and sign-up flows to improve acquisition and retention, developed sales collateral to support revenue outcomes, and helped reduce payback period from 11 months to 5 months within two quarters, strengthening profitability.
Earlier, Sibu Sahu worked as VP of Growth at Clientjoy (CRM for Agencies), operating across product design, growth, demand generation, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, content, CRO, attribution), customer success, sales, partner ecosystems, and recruitment. His work supported GTM execution across APAC and North America, including contributions toward successful Black Friday growth moments.
His earlier experience includes leadership roles at DiTech Creative & Digital Marketing as VP – Marketing & Sales, where he built and managed a 35-member team and managed key clients such as Workplace by Meta, Thomas Cook, UNICEF, University of Cambridge, World Trade Organisation, and others. He also built entrepreneurial experience as Cofounder & CMO (Self-employed) and as Cofounder & CEO at Zebra Digital Marketing Agency, where he scaled operations to a 20-member team and achieved $200K revenue over three years, alongside brand and campaign engagements across consumer and financial services categories.
