Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2024 – Siddharth Chaturvedi is thrilled to announce his new role as Head of Human Resources Operations (MEA and APAC) at IDEMIA Secure Transactions. Siddharth extends his gratitude to his colleagues and mentors for their unwavering support throughout his career.
Siddharth joined IDEMIA in June 2023 as Head of Human Resources Operations (Middle East & Africa). Over the past year, he has played a pivotal role in transforming HR operations in the region, driving efficiency, and implementing strategic HR initiatives. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing organizational performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
Before joining IDEMIA, Siddharth served at SITA where he held the position of Manager of Skills, Talent, Learning, and Performance from March 2022 to June 2023. In this role, he spearheaded SITA’s transition to a skills-based organization, delivering a comprehensive skills gap analysis and implementing an AI engine for real-time skills analytics. He also designed and implemented a corporate leadership and management development program, achieving remarkable outcomes. Prior to this, he was the HR Country Manager (Middle East and India) & Global Learning Business Partner from July 2019 to March 2022, where he managed HR operations with a 95% compliance score and launched a recognition platform that significantly boosted employee engagement.
At Gartner, from October 2018 to June 2019, Siddharth worked as an HR Business Partner. He managed HR operations for all employee lifecycle activities, led the rollout of Workday HCM in India, and partnered with business leaders on people plans, achieving a notable reduction in attrition.
Siddharth’s tenure at Mahindra Comviva spanned over four years, from March 2014 to September 2018. Initially, he served as an HR Business Partner, consistently exceeding people metrics and fostering a culture of performance ownership. Later, he took on the role of HR Integration Lead for mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, successfully integrating various HR functions into the global framework, and coaching the CEO and regional leadership team as a credible business partner.
In addition to these roles, Siddharth contributed to the Raasta Org as a freelance consultant, where he developed HR frameworks and conducted employee satisfaction surveys.
