Siddharth S. Elevated to Director – Vendor Operations Management at Pfizer

New Delhi, India, June 2025 — Siddharth S. has been elevated to Director – Vendor Operations Management within the Global Business Services (GBS), Enterprise Services at Pfizer. In this elevated role, he will oversee vendor operations across Business Operations Services and Solutions (BOS&S), driving improvements in cost efficiency, quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and overall business impact.

Siddharth has been a part of Pfizer for nearly nine years, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as Service Delivery Partner – GBS, following a successful tenure as Operations Lead – GBS, where he played a key role in streamlining processes, championing operational excellence, and transforming service delivery within PfizerWorks.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Siddharth led credit operations and branch services at Barclays Shared Services and UCO Bank, where he honed his leadership in operational risk, integration, and automation, with a strong focus on compliance and performance metrics. His prior experience across banking and financial services laid the groundwork for his success in managing large-scale vendor engagements and transformation initiatives at a global pharmaceutical leader like Pfizer.

Throughout his career, Siddharth has consistently demonstrated expertise in global contractor management, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma frameworks. He is an alumnus of Cornell University’s Executive Program in Management and holds an MBA in Finance from Christ University, Bangalore. He also holds certifications in Anti-Money Laundering and KYC, Lean Training, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, among others.

With this elevation, Siddharth is well-positioned to enhance Pfizer’s vendor governance capabilities and lead strategic transformations across its global business operations.

Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership.
