In this pivotal role, Juneja will oversee the company’s e-commerce strategy, driving growth across online channels and ensuring the seamless integration of digital and traditional sales platforms. With over 15 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and e-commerce, Juneja’s appointment reflects NIVEA INDIA’s focus on strengthening its digital presence in the competitive skincare market.
Before joining NIVEA INDIA, Siddhartha Juneja served as Head of Omni Channel at Mondelēz International, where he successfully led initiatives integrating offline and online channels to enhance consumer experience and drive profitability. His tenure at Flipkart included roles such as Category Marketing Head and Category Head for Foods, where he demonstrated excellence in managing P&L, performance marketing, and category expansion.
Earlier in his career, Juneja held multiple leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including Channel Head for E-commerce & DTC Marketing, Category Head, and Marketing Manager, contributing to significant growth in revenue and market share. His accomplishments at General Mills as Brand Manager and Area Sales Manager were instrumental in launching new products and driving regional sales performance. Starting his career with Wipro Consumer Care, Juneja gained diverse experience in sales management and distribution across various regions.
