Manchester, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Simon O’Mahony has been promoted to Head of People at ARNE, a leading UK-based menswear, womenswear, and footwear brand. In his expanded role, Simon will be responsible for shaping and driving ARNE’s people strategy, including talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives as the brand continues its impressive growth journey.
Before his promotion, Simon O’Mahony served as People Partner at ARNE for approximately two years, where he played a pivotal role in supporting the people function and enhancing employee experience across the organization.
Prior to joining ARNE, Simon worked as an Interim People & Culture Partner at NADINE MERABI, a luxury fashion brand, where he contributed significantly to strengthening people processes, supporting leadership teams, and elevating the company’s culture during a period of transformation.
Earlier, he held the role of Senior People Advisor at THG, where he was involved in people operations, employee relations, and HR initiatives supporting the company’s fast-paced global expansion.
Simon’s earlier professional experience includes nearly three years at B&M Retail, progressing from Human Resources Advisor to Senior Human Resources Advisor, where he supported diverse HR initiatives across multiple locations, including talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations.
Additionally, Simon spent over four years at Next, where he moved from Sales Coordinator to Retail Operations Manager, gaining valuable leadership and operational experience in one of the UK’s largest retail environments.
